How bright is it?
This model does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED light kit you add. The compatible kit delivers 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb - and is dimmable.

When paired with the optional CCT Select LED light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI rating means colors render accurately, ideal for kitchens or art-filled rooms. The light is dimmable via the included remote or app.
Sizing and fit
With a 52-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 15.73 inches (without light kit), this fan suits medium to large rooms. It comes with a 6-inch downrod for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27°). Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
