The Levon Custom by Fanimation offers a clean, modern look with its matte white motor housing. This fan is fully customizable - choose from a variety of blade finishes and sweeps (sold separately) to match your decor. The energy-efficient DC motor is reversible for year-round comfort, and the damp-rated design allows installation in covered patios, sunrooms, and other humid spaces. WiFi compatibility (controls sold separately) and FanSync Bluetooth are included for smart home integration.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional LED light kit (sold separately). If you add the light kit, lumen output will be specified by the kit manufacturer.
Light color and feel
No light included; if you add the optional LED light kit, choose a color temperature that suits your space - warm white (2700K-3000K) for cozy areas, or cool white (4000K+) for task-oriented rooms.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 52-inch blade sweep (blades sold separately) and an overall height of 16 inches. It fits rooms at least 12x12 ft. The included 6-inch downrod is suitable for standard 8-9 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, purchase a longer downrod (not included).

Is the bulb included? No, this fan does not include a light kit or bulbs. An optional LED light kit is available separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is controlled by the included remote (for some models) or a wall control (sold separately). The motor is not dimmable; use the remote or wall control to adjust speed.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with adequate ventilation, but not in direct contact with water.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
