How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1500 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb. This is sufficient to light a large bedroom or living room, but you may want additional lamps for task lighting.
Light color and feel
The LED emits 3000K warm white light - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural, making it suitable for spaces where accurate color rendering matters. The light is not dimmable via the fan's remote, but you can use a compatible smart home system to adjust brightness if desired.
Sizing and fit
With a 52-inch blade sweep and a height of just 15.05 inches from ceiling to bottom, this fan fits well in rooms with 8-foot ceilings. The included 4.5-inch downrod and 54-inch wire allow for installation on standard ceilings. The canopy is 6.5 inches in diameter, and the motor is 15.3 cm x 18 cm (approx. 6 x 7 inches).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
