The Kute5 52 Flush Mount Ceiling Fan combines bold design with high performance. Its five-blade configuration delivers balanced airflow up to 6,224 CFM, while the flush mount hugs the ceiling for a clean, low-profile look. The integrated 16W LED light features a stylish knurled metal trim and CCT Select technology, letting you choose from five color temperatures (2700K to 5000K) to match your space. With 1,600 lumens and a high CRI of 90, the light is bright and accurate. Smart control is built-in with fanSync Wi-Fi and the included TR360 remote, so you can adjust settings from your phone or voice assistant.

How bright is it?

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
