How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 1,600 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb—ideal for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It is dimmable via the remote.

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K (daylight). The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant, making it suitable for living areas and kitchens.
Sizing and fit
With a 60-inch blade sweep and a height of just 11.12 inches from ceiling to bottom, this flush-mount fan fits rooms with ceilings as low as 8 feet. The canopy is 7.85 inches in diameter, and the housing is 5.59 inches. Ideal for medium to large rooms up to about 400 square feet.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
