How bright is it?
This ceiling fan does not include a light kit, but it is compatible with an optional 16-watt dimmable LED light kit with CCT Select technology (sold separately). When installed, the light kit provides adjustable color temperature from 2700K to 5000K.
Light color and feel
With the optional LED light kit, you can choose from warm white (2700K) to daylight (5000K) to suit your space. The opal frosted glass shade diffuses light evenly.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 52 inches in diameter with a height of 13.1 inches from the ceiling. It includes a 4.5-inch downrod and can be installed on ceilings up to 27 degrees slope. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to adjust height for ceilings 7-9 ft high.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
