The Kute 52 Flush Mount brings a bold, modern look to rooms where ceiling height is tight. Its close-to-ceiling design keeps the fan snug against the ceiling, while the antique graphite motor housing and light oak composite blades add a warm, contemporary contrast. The integrated knurled LED light kit with opal frosted shade provides customizable illumination, and the included TR360 remote plus fanSync Wi-Fi make it easy to control from anywhere.

How bright is it?
The integrated 16-watt LED module delivers 1600 lumens—about as bright as a 100-watt incandescent bulb—ideal for ambient lighting in a bedroom or covered patio. It's not designed to be the sole light source for a large great room.

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K (daylight). This lets you match the light to your activity—warm and cozy for evenings, cool and energizing for daytime. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant.
Sizing and fit
This flush-mount fan measures 52 inches in blade sweep and hangs just 11.7 inches from the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with 8-foot ceilings. The canopy is 7.85 inches in diameter, and the fan weighs 15.06 pounds. It mounts flush to a flat ceiling using the included bracket.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
