Is the bulb included? No bulb is included because this fan does not come with a light kit. The LED light kit is sold separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is controlled by the included handheld remote; it is not dimmable. For light dimming, use the optional LED light kit with a compatible dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with adequate ventilation. It is not rated for direct rain exposure.
What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a limited lifetime warranty on this fan.
Can I control this fan with my smartphone? Yes, with the optional fanSync WiFi receiver (sold separately), you can control it via the Fanimation app.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
