Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated 18W LED module is included and does not require replacement.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The light is not listed as dimmable; it operates at full brightness. Use the included remote to turn it on/off.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas like patios and porches, as well as bathrooms with adequate ventilation. It is not rated for direct water exposure.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a limited lifetime warranty on the motor.
