How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1400 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light source for a small to medium-sized room, or as a strong ambient layer in larger spaces.
Light color and feel
The LED emits a warm 3000K color temperature, similar to traditional incandescent lighting, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and true to life, making it suitable for spaces where accurate color rendering matters, such as kitchens or reading nooks.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 22.09 inches in diameter and 14.33 inches in height from ceiling to bottom. It includes a 4.5-inch downrod and a 54-inch wire, accommodating ceilings up to about 9 feet. For higher ceilings, additional downrods (sold separately) can be added. The canopy is 6.3 inches in diameter, and the motor housing is 7.48 inches in diameter.

Is the bulb included? Yes, an 18W LED module is included and installed.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The LED light is not dimmable. Use the included handheld remote to control the light and fan speeds.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas like patios, but not in areas directly exposed to rain or moisture. It is not suitable for bathrooms with direct water exposure.
What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a limited lifetime warranty on this fan.
Can I use this fan with a sloped ceiling? Yes, the fan supports slopes up to 27 degrees. For higher slopes, an angled ceiling adapter may be required (sold separately).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
