How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1600 lumens.

Light color and feel

No light included. If you add the optional LED kit, it offers CCT Select technology (3000K/4000K/5000K) with a 90 CRI for accurate color rendering.

Sizing and fit

With a 52-inch blade sweep and a 9.98-inch ceiling-to-bottom height (no light kit), this fan suits rooms from 100 to 300 sq ft. The included 4.5-inch downrod works for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees; longer downrods (up to 72 inches) are available for higher ceilings.
