A 5-blade DC motor ceiling fan from Fanimation's Distinction collection, finished in matte white - ideal for large living rooms and primary bedrooms.

The fan includes Fanimation's latest innovations such as Hang Rightâ„¢ and Fan Shieldâ„¢, which help to minimize vibration and eliminate noise, respectively. The design also brilliantly conceals screws so all eyes can be on your beautiful design. And, with its tri-mount feature, the Distinction fan can be easily installed one of three ways: Flush-mount, standard or slope.

Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit, so no bulbs are included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This is a fan, not a light, so dimming does not apply. The included TR205 remote controls fan speed.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with adequate ventilation, but not in direct rain.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
