Description

The opal frosted glass diffuses the integrated LED module for a soft, ambient glow, while the fan's three forward and reverse speeds keep air moving year-round. How bright is it?
The integrated 18W LED module produces 1400 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light in a bedroom or small living room, but you may want supplemental lighting in larger spaces.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural, making it suitable for spaces with artwork or warm wood finishes. The light is dimmable when paired with compatible controls (sold separately).
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 52 inches in blade sweep and 14.71 inches from ceiling to bottom (with light kit). It includes a 4.5-inch downrod and a 54-inch lead wire. Ideal for rooms at least 12 x 12 ft, with ceilings of 8 ft or higher. For sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees, an optional angled mount is available.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
