How bright is it?
The fan includes two 75-watt halogen bulbs (not included) that produce a warm, bright light. Halogen bulbs are less efficient than LEDs, so consider replacing with LED equivalents if desired.
Light color and feel
Halogen bulbs emit a warm, incandescent-like light (around 3000K) that flatters skin tones and wood finishes. The light is not dimmable unless a compatible dimmer is used.
Sizing and fit
With a 52-inch blade sweep and a height of 19.7 inches, this fan suits medium to large rooms. The included 4.5-inch downrod is ideal for standard 8-9 ft ceilings. For higher ceilings, a longer downrod may be needed (sold separately).

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
