A 52-inch damp-rated ceiling fan from Fanimation's Builder Series, finished in oil-rubbed bronze with cherry/walnut blades, for covered patios and large indoor rooms.
This Builder Series fan pairs a classic oil-rubbed bronze motor housing with five cherry/walnut blades, giving it a warm, traditional look that suits both covered outdoor spaces and expansive living areas. With a powerful 153 x 15 motor and 12-degree blade pitch, it moves substantial air while remaining Energy Star rated for efficiency.

Sizing and fit
The fan measures 52 inches in blade sweep and 13.2 inches in height from ceiling to bottom of the motor (with the included 4.5-inch downrod). It is best suited for rooms at least 12x12 ft, with ceilings 8 ft or higher. For taller ceilings, additional downrods (sold separately) can be added.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
