How bright is it?

The integrated LED module produces 2700 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 200-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light source for a large room, and the adjustable color temperature lets you tailor the ambiance.

Is the bulb included? Yes, a 30W LED module is included and integrated into the light kit.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The light is not listed as dimmable; it is controlled via the included remote or the fanSync app, which offers on/off and brightness steps if supported.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas, bathrooms with adequate ventilation, and other damp locations. It is not rated for direct water exposure.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a limited lifetime warranty on this fan.

Can I use this fan with a sloped ceiling? The fan is compatible with sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees when using the included downrod or an appropriate adapter.
