How bright is it?
The integrated 18W LED module produces 1600 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, providing ample ambient light for most living spaces. It is dimmable via the remote or app.
Light color and feel
Five selectable color temperatures: 2700K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight). The opal frosted glass diffuses light evenly. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and natural - ideal for living areas and kitchens.
Sizing and fit
The Aviara has a 60-inch blade sweep and a height of 15.43 inches from ceiling to bottom of fan. It includes a 6-inch downrod and can accommodate downrods up to 72 inches for ceilings up to 14 ft. Recommended for rooms at least 15x15 ft. Fits ceilings with a slope up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
