How bright is it?
This fan includes two 9-watt LED bulbs that produce a combined 1620 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in a bedroom or living room, but you may want additional task lighting for reading or detailed work.
Light color and feel
The LEDs emit a warm 2700K light, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and natural, making it suitable for spaces with artwork or textiles. The light is dimmable when used with compatible controls (sold separately).

Are the bulbs included? Yes, two 9-watt LED bulbs are included with the fan.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The LED bulbs are dimmable, but the fan's pull chain does not control dimming. You will need a compatible dimmer switch or the optional WiFi/Bluetooth controls (sold separately) for dimming.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No, this fan is rated for dry locations only, so it should not be installed in bathrooms, covered patios, or other damp areas.
What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a limited lifetime warranty on this fan.
Can I use this on a sloped ceiling? The fan includes a 4.5-inch downrod for flat ceilings. For sloped ceilings, you may need an angled-mount adapter, which is not included.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
