A 48-inch black ceiling fan downrod for mounting fans on high or sloped ceilings, compatible with Fanimation fans.
This Fanimation downrod extends your ceiling fan's drop to reach comfortable airflow in rooms with tall ceilings. The black finish blends with most fan finishes and is rated for damp locations, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas.
Best for
- High ceilings (10 ft or more) where a standard downrod is too short
- Sloped or vaulted ceilings when paired with an angled ceiling adapter
- Covered patios, porches, or sunrooms where damp-rated hardware is needed
- Replacing a shorter downrod to lower a fan to optimal height (8-9 ft from floor)
Not ideal for
- Rooms with standard 8-ft ceilings where a flush mount or short downrod is required
- Uncovered outdoor areas exposed to direct rain - damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Fans from other brands unless the downrod diameter and threading match

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
