This Fanimation downrod extends your ceiling fan's reach, letting you place it at the ideal height for proper air circulation in rooms with tall ceilings. The chrome finish adds a sleek, modern touch that pairs well with contemporary fan designs.
Best for
- Rooms with ceilings 10 ft or higher, where a standard flush mount would leave the fan too high for effective airflow
- Sloped or vaulted ceilings, when paired with an angled ceiling adapter (sold separately)
- Replacing a shorter downrod to lower a fan to the recommended 8-9 ft from the floor
- Indoor rooms with dry conditions, as this downrod is rated for dry locations
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms, covered porches, or other damp locations, as this downrod is rated for dry locations only
- Rooms with standard 8 ft ceilings, where a flush mount or shorter downrod is usually better

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
