Description
A single pear-shaped pendant in Satin Nickel that drops from a long cord to cast a warm pool of light over a bedside, hallway, or dining nook.
The Teardrop collection hangs like a solitary droplet from the ceiling, its voluptuous tear-shaped shade suspended on a long row cable. The smooth Satin Nickel finish keeps the look quiet and European-modern, while the open bottom lets the bulb glow from inside the curve and spill light downward.
Best for
- Bedrooms - a single pendant hung beside the bed in place of a table lamp
- Hallways and stairwells where a long drop adds vertical interest
- Small dining nooks and breakfast bars as a focused accent light
- Entryways with high ceilings that can take a 146-inch maximum drop
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is dry-location rated only
- Rooms that need broad ambient light; a single 6.5-inch shade is an accent, not a primary light
- Low ceilings if you want the full long-cord look
How bright is it?
Up to 1150 lumens with the specified 75W incandescent bulb - roughly the output of a bright standard bulb, enough to light a small seating area or reading spot below the pendant. Bulb is not included.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone close to traditional incandescent, flattering to wood, brass, and neutral interiors. Dimmable with a standard dimmer so you can drop it to a glow for evening.
Sizing and fit
Shade measures 6.5 in wide by 14 in high, with an overall hanging height adjustable from 18 to 146 in on 120 in of wire. Works in rooms with ceilings tall enough to let the drop breathe; in standard 8-9 ft rooms it reads as a close-hung accent.
