Description
A linear 5-light pendant with clear bubble glass spheres and a polished chrome finish, sized for kitchen islands and dining tables.
The Orb Collection arranges five glass globes in a row, each holding a xenon lamp at its center so the light appears to float inside the bubble glass. The polished chrome frame stays slim and unobtrusive, letting the globes read as a line of glowing spheres. At 34 in long it is a natural fit over a kitchen island or a long dining table.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, hung 30-36 in above the countertop
- Dining rooms with rectangular tables 60-72 in long
- Open-concept kitchens where a linear pendant defines the prep area
- Breakfast bars and casual dining nooks that need a slim horizontal fixture
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is dry-location rated only
- Small galley kitchens where a 34 in span would overwhelm the island
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 128 in hanging height
How bright is it?
1600 lumens total across five 20W xenon lamps - about as bright as a 100W incandescent source. It works as task and accent light over an island, but pair it with recessed or under-cabinet lighting for full kitchen coverage.
Light color and feel
2900K warm white - a soft golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. It warms up wood counters and chrome alike. The fixture is low-voltage dimmable with the included transformer; use a dimmer rated for low-voltage loads.
Sizing and fit
33.75 in long x 7 in wide x 7 in high, with an overall adjustable height of 18-128 in and 120 in of wire. The 34 in length suits islands 6-8 ft long. At 13.3 lbs it is manageable for most ceiling boxes, but confirm the box rating.
