Description
A 38-inch linear LED island pendant in polished chrome with clear glass shades - built for kitchen islands and dining tables that need bright, even task light.
The Larmes collection pairs a slim chrome canopy with extended-profile clear glass shades that screw onto the mount, so the light reads clean and architectural rather than fussy. Five integrated G4 LED lamps run along the bar to wash a long surface evenly, and the modern polished chrome finish keeps the look crisp against white, gray, or wood cabinetry.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, hung as the primary task light over the counter
- Dining tables seating 6-8, centered over the tabletop
- Open-concept kitchens where a linear silhouette suits the sightline
- Modern and transitional interiors with chrome or stainless appliances
Not ideal for
- Low ceilings under 8 ft - the 11.25 in body plus hanging hardware needs headroom
- Rooms where you want a warm, golden glow - this is a bright, cool-leaning LED
- Spaces that need a single compact pendant rather than a 38 in linear bar
How bright is it?
3000 lumens total across five LEDs - roughly comparable to a strong 200W incandescent output. That is genuine task-light territory: enough to light a kitchen island for prep and dining, not just an accent glow.
Light color and feel
Integrated G4 LED lamps give a clean, modern white light. Color temperature is not specified by the manufacturer; the LEDs are dimmable, so pair with a compatible LED dimmer to take it from bright task light down to a softer evening level.
Sizing and fit
Overall 31.5 in long x 4.5 in wide x 11.25 in high (fixture footprint listed at 38 x 11 in for the assembled bar). The linear shape suits islands and tables roughly 6-8 ft long; leave about 30-36 in of clearance between the bottom of the fixture and the countertop.

Will it work over a long island? At 38 in assembled length it suits islands up to roughly 8 ft; for longer runs, consider the 9-light version of the same collection.
