ET2 Gyro II 40in 6-Light Linear Pendant | Modern Black and Polished Chrome Aluminum | Kitchen Island & Dining Room | Model E24788-BKPC

A 40-inch linear LED pendant with rotating concentric bands in black and polished chrome, built for kitchen islands and dining rooms.

The Gyro II is the kind of piece people ask about. Slender aluminum bands in black and polished chrome rotate on three axis points, so you can angle the light exactly where you want it. Each band edge hides a small LED strip behind a frosted acrylic lens, which keeps the glow soft and even rather than harsh.

Best for

• Kitchen islands 6 ft or longer, hung over the sink or prep zone
• Dining rooms with 9 ft ceilings and a long rectangular table
• Modern and contemporary interiors where the fixture is meant to be seen
• Open-concept spaces that need a statement piece over a transition zone

Not ideal for

• Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is dry-location rated only
• Low ceilings under 8 ft, where the 10-inch body and 120-inch wire leave little clearance
• Small rooms - at 40 inches wide it needs a generous surface beneath it

How bright is it?

5,140 lumens - roughly the output of four 100W incandescent bulbs. That is enough to serve as the primary light over a large island or dining table, not just an accent.

Light color and feel

3000K warm white gives a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent, flattering to wood and metal finishes. CRI is 80+, so colors read naturally. Dimmable with a Triac dimmer.

Sizing and fit

Overall 40.5 in wide x 13.75 in deep x 10 in high, with a 10 x 4.75 x 2 in canopy and 120 in of wire. Best in rooms with 9 ft ceilings or higher; over an island, leave about 30-36 in between the fixture bottom and the countertop.
