Best for
- Kitchen islands with a length of 48 inches or more, providing focused task lighting
- Dining rooms with rectangular tables, hung centrally above
- Modern home offices or workspaces needing directional light
- Retail or hospitality settings with a contemporary aesthetic
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Rooms with low ceilings, as the pendant hangs 4.5 inches tall plus wire
- Spaces requiring a very bright, general light source - the 1440 lumens are best for task lighting
How bright is it?
With 1440 lumens, this pendant provides moderate brightness, similar to a 100W incandescent bulb. It is ideal for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, but may not be sufficient as the only light source in a large room.
Light color and feel
The 3000K color temperature emits a warm white light, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The 80+ CRI ensures good color rendering for most applications. It is dimmable with Triac CL or ELV dimmers, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your needs.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 54 inches in length, 3 inches in width, and 4.5 inches in height, with a canopy of 7.75 x 4.75 x 1.5 inches. It includes 8 inches of electrical wire. The linear design is ideal for rooms with ceilings at least 8 feet high, and the adjustable spots can be directed to illuminate specific areas.
