Description
A 30-inch square LED pendant in black and polished chrome, made for large dining rooms and open foyers that need a bold centerpiece.
The 4 Square pendant stacks cubes of black and polished chrome and lights them from the inside with concealed LED strips. The inward design turns the frame into a glowing geometric sculpture rather than a conventional shaded pendant. Aluminum and steel construction keeps the lines sharp and architectural.
Best for
- Large dining rooms with a table roughly 60-84 in wide, hung 30-36 in above the surface
- Two-story foyers and stairwells where a 31 in tall pendant is seen from below
- Open-concept living and dining areas that want a statement piece
- Sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Standard 8 ft ceilings, where a 31 in tall pendant plus hanging length crowds the room
- Small rooms or powder rooms - at 30.5 in square this is a very large-scale piece
How bright is it?
3990 lumens - roughly comparable to a bright 250W incandescent output. That is strong ambient light for a large dining table or a tall foyer, though it is not intended as task lighting for a kitchen work surface.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white gives a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent, flattering wood and warm finishes. CRI is 80, which is fine for general ambience. The fixture is dimmable with a Triac dimmer for evening dining.
Sizing and fit
Overall 30.5 in L x 30.5 in W x 31 in H with a 9 x 9 x 1.5 in canopy and 120 in of wire. The large square footprint suits big dining rooms and open foyers; check that your ceiling height leaves at least 30 in between the table and the bottom of the pendant.
