Description
A 52-inch wet-rated outdoor ceiling fan with a 3-light frosted glass kit, built for covered patios and porches up to 400 sq ft.
The Outllant is made for weather. Its five ABS blades shrug off humidity and temperature swings, and the matte white housing pairs with a frosted glass dome over three included LED bulbs. Pull chains control both fan speed and light, so there is no wall switch to wire in.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and pergolas up to 400 sq ft
- Indoor rooms that need a fan rated for moisture, such as a sunroom
- Sloped ceilings up to 13 degrees
- Anyone who wants fan and light from one hardwired ceiling source
Not ideal for
- Rooms larger than 400 sq ft, where a 52-inch span will not move enough air
- Sloped ceilings steeper than 13 degrees without an additional adapter
- Spaces where you want a wall switch or remote instead of pull chains
How bright is it?
Three 550-lumen LED bulbs, about 1,650 lumens total - roughly the output of three 60W incandescent bulbs. That is comfortable ambient light for a patio or porch, not task lighting.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white with a CRI above 90, so colors read accurately and skin tones look natural. The frosted glass dome diffuses the light evenly with no hot spots. Bulbs are included and the fan is controlled by pull chain.
Sizing and fit
52 in diameter x 18.3 in high with a fixed 6 in downrod. The 5 blades have a 12-degree pitch and a 52 in span. Canopy measures 5.1 in diameter x 2.4 in high. Best in areas up to 400 sq ft with ceilings tall enough to clear the 18.3 in drop.
