Description
A 20-inch brushed gold canopy for building a custom three-light chandelier from Neva cord- or cable-hung pendants.
The Neva canopy is the ceiling plate that turns a trio of pendants into one coordinated chandelier. Finished in brushed gold, it has a soft, warm metallic look that pairs naturally with brass and wood interiors. Mounting and wiring hardware plus instructions are included, so assembly is straightforward.
Best for
- Foyers and entryways with high ceilings where a custom three-pendant chandelier makes a statement
- Living rooms and dens that need a wide, evenly spaced pendant arrangement
- Bedrooms with vaulted or two-story ceilings
- DIY lighting projects mixing Neva pendants in different shapes and sizes
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft where a 20-inch canopy would feel oversized
- Installations where you want a single pendant rather than a three-light cluster
- Outdoor or damp locations - this canopy is intended for indoor use only
How bright is it?
Brightness depends entirely on the pendants and bulbs you pair with it; the canopy itself does not produce light. Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulbs you install in your pendants. The canopy is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
Measures 20 in. wide by 1 in. high, with a 20 x 20 in. backplate. Best suited to rooms with ceilings at least 9 ft high so pendants can hang at a comfortable height.
