Description
An 18-inch modern pendant in brushed gold with an etched opal glass shade, sized for kitchen islands, dining rooms, and entryways.
The Evergreen Oasis pendant brings a warm brushed gold stem and canopy together with a wide etched opal glass shade. The larger 18-inch size makes it a good single statement over a table or a pair over a long island. Mounting and wiring hardware are included.
Best for
- Kitchen islands where a wider shade gives more even light over the counter
- Dining rooms with a mid-size table - one or two pendants work well
- Foyers and entryways that need a warm, welcoming overhead light
- Living rooms and dens as a soft accent light
- Pairing two over a long island for balanced coverage
Not ideal for
- Small powder rooms or tight corners where an 18-inch shade would overwhelm the space
- Outdoor or wet locations - it is damp listed for indoor use only
- Rooms that need a multi-light chandelier - this is a single-shade pendant
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb. With a 60W-equivalent LED you get roughly 800 lumens - about as bright as a traditional 60W incandescent. That's good for task lighting over a counter or table, not for lighting an entire large room.
Light color and feel
Color temperature comes from the bulb. The etched opal glass diffuses the light and softens glare, so a warm 2700K-3000K bulb gives a cozy glow while a 4000K bulb feels crisper and more modern. The pendant is dimmable with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 18 in wide x 16.5 in high, with an 18 x 10 in shade and a 5 x 0.75 in canopy. It includes a 120 in stem, so it can be hung at a range of heights. Item weight is 4.98 lbs.
