Description
A 12-inch modern pendant in matte black with an etched opal glass shade, made for kitchen islands, dining areas, and focused overhead light.
The Evergreen Oasis pendant pairs a sleek matte black stem and canopy with a softly glowing etched opal glass shade. The look is clean and modern but still fits transitional rooms. Hang one over a small table or line several along a kitchen island. Mounting and wiring hardware are included.
Best for
- Kitchen islands where you want focused light over a prep or seating area
- Dining rooms and breakfast nooks with a small to mid-size table
- Foyers and entryways that need a warm welcome light
- Bedrooms and dens as a soft overhead accent
- Grouping two or three in a row for even island lighting
Not ideal for
- Rooms that need a large statement chandelier - this is a single-shade pendant
- Outdoor or wet locations - it is damp listed for indoor use only
- Very high ceilings if you need a long drop - the stem is 120 in but the look is best at moderate heights
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb. With a 60W-equivalent LED you get roughly 800 lumens - about as bright as a traditional 60W incandescent. That's good for task lighting over a counter or table, not for lighting an entire large room.
Light color and feel
Color temperature comes from the bulb. The etched opal glass softens and diffuses the light, so a warm 2700K-3000K bulb gives a cozy, inviting glow while a 4000K bulb feels cleaner and more modern. The pendant is dimmable with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 12 in wide x 20 in high, with a 12 x 13 in shade and a 5 x 0.75 in canopy. It includes a 120 in stem, so it can be hung at a range of heights. Item weight is 4.08 lbs.
