Designers Fountain Dita 9in 1-Light Semi-Flush Mount | Transitional Polished Nickel and Etched Opal Glass | Bedroom & Hallway | Model D289M-SF-PN

A 9-inch polished nickel semi-flush mount with an etched opal glass shade, for bedrooms, hallways, and entryways.

The Dita semi-flush mount's geometric etched opal glass shade evokes the look of a sculpted pineapple, giving it a subtle coastal or tropical character. The polished nickel finish adds a bright, reflective touch and pairs easily with transitional, coastal, and tropical interiors. Its semi-flush profile sits close to the ceiling, making it a good fit for rooms where a full pendant would hang too low.

Best for

• Bedrooms and guest rooms as a centered ceiling light
• Hallways and entryways where a low-profile ceiling light is needed
• Utility rooms and laundry rooms
• Small-to-medium rooms with coastal or tropical decor

Not ideal for

• Bathrooms or outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
• Large rooms where a single 800-lumen light won't provide enough coverage
• Spaces where you want a dramatic hanging statement piece

How bright is it?

800 lumens with the recommended 60W bulb - roughly the brightness of a standard 60W incandescent. It's ideal for ambient lighting in small-to-medium rooms, not as a primary light for large spaces.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulb you choose; the etched opal glass diffuses it into a soft, even glow. The fixture is dimmable with a standard wall dimmer, so you can take it from bright task light down to a warm evening glow.

Sizing and fit

Overall dimensions are 9 in W x 12 in H, with a 10-inch tall shade. The semi-flush design sits close to the ceiling, so it works well in rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings. Suitable for small-to-medium bedrooms, hallways, and entryways.
