Designers Fountain Dita 23in 3-Light Vanity Light | Clean Traditional Polished Nickel and Etched Opal Glass | Bathroom Vanity | Model D289M-3B-PN

A three-light vanity light in polished nickel with etched opal glass shades, sized for bathroom vanities and bedroom walls.

The Dita family borrows the sculpted geometry of a pineapple for its faceted etched opal glass shades, which diffuse light into a warm, even glow. The polished nickel finish gives it a clean traditional look that pairs well with coastal, transitional, and classic interiors. Mounting and wiring hardware is included for a standard wall installation.

Best for

• Bathrooms with a 36-48 in vanity, mounted above the mirror for balanced task light
• Bedrooms where you want a wide, three-shade wall light above a dresser or headboard
• Powder rooms and guest baths that need a polished, classic accent
• Coastal or tropical-themed rooms that suit the pineapple-inspired glass silhouette

Not ideal for

• Rooms where you need a primary ceiling light; three 60W bulbs give task-level light, not room-filling brightness
• Very small vanities under 30 in, where a 23 in wide fixture may overwhelm the wall
• Installations without a wall stud or suitable anchor for the 5.25 in backplate

How bright is it?

With three 60W bulbs the fixture produces up to 3200 lumens - roughly the output of three 60W incandescent bulbs. That is bright task light, well suited to a vanity mirror, but not a substitute for a ceiling light in a large room.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulbs you choose; the etched opal glass diffuses the glow and softens glare. Pair with 2700K-3000K warm white bulbs for a golden, flattering tone in bathrooms and bedrooms. The fixture is dimmable, so a standard wall dimmer lets you take it from bright task light down to a soft evening glow.

Sizing and fit

Overall dimensions are 6.5 in long x 23 in wide x 11.25 in high, with a 5.25 in square backplate and a 5.25 in wide x 6 in high shade. The 23 in width suits vanities roughly 36-48 in wide and standard 8-9 ft ceilings.
