How bright is it?
With five 60W E12 bulbs (not included), the fixture can deliver up to 3000 lumens (assuming 60W incandescent equivalent per bulb) - bright enough for a primary bathroom light. When using LED bulbs, brightness can be adjusted based on your choice of bulb wattage/lumens.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades produce a bright, crisp light that works well with any bulb color temperature. For a warm, relaxing ambiance, use 2700K-3000K bulbs; for task-oriented grooming, 3500K-4000K is ideal. Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture uses five E12 base bulbs, up to 60W each, and is LED compatible.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard incandescent/halogen line voltage dimmer. If using LED bulbs, ensure they are dimmable and compatible with your dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it is suitable for bathrooms and powder rooms, but not for direct water exposure or outdoor use.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
