How bright is it?
Uses one standard E26 bulb (not included) up to 100W incandescent or equivalent LED. With a 100W incandescent bulb, expect about 1600 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or as a primary light in a small to medium room. For softer ambient light, use a lower wattage or dimmable LED.
Light color and feel
The cream fabric shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, inviting glow. The fixture is dimmable with a standard incandescent/halogen dimmer, allowing you to adjust brightness from bright task lighting to a cozy ambiance. Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with no direct water exposure. However, the fabric shade may not hold up well in high humidity - for bathrooms, consider a glass or metal shade instead.
What's the warranty? Dainolite offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
How do I adjust the drop length? The pendant comes with three fractional rods (8, 11, and 20 inches) that can be combined to achieve a drop length between 30 and 61 inches. The height is vertically adjustable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
