Description
A 40-inch 6-light drum pendant from Dainolite's Helena collection, finished in black fabric and polished chrome metal, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Helena pendant combines a large black fabric drum shade with a polished chrome canopy and accents, creating a contemporary industrial look. The white fabric/styrene diffuser softens the light from six 100W bulbs (not included), providing ambient illumination. Adjustable drop length from 19 to 50 inches accommodates various ceiling heights, and the fixture is sloped ceiling adaptable up to 10 degrees.

How bright is it?
With six 100W bulbs (not included), the fixture can produce up to 6000 lumens if using 100W equivalent LEDs - bright enough to illuminate a large kitchen or dining area. Actual brightness depends on the bulbs you choose; we recommend dimmable LED bulbs for energy efficiency and control.
Light color and feel
The white diffuser creates a soft, even ambient glow. With dimmable bulbs and a line-voltage dimmer (recommended: incandescent/halogen type), you can adjust from bright task lighting to a warm, intimate atmosphere. The black fabric shade minimizes glare while the polished chrome accents add a reflective touch.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture accepts six E26 base bulbs up to 100W each.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable with line voltage dimmers. We recommend using an incandescent/halogen type dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with no direct water exposure. Not suitable for wet locations.
What's the warranty? Dainolite offers a 1-year warranty.
How do I adjust the drop length? The fixture comes with three fractional rods (8, 11, and 20 inches) that can be combined to achieve a drop length between 19 and 50 inches. Assembly is required.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
