The Glasgow horizontal pendant combines a sleek polished chrome frame with frosted glass shades, creating a modern linear silhouette that distributes ambient light evenly. With ten G9 bulbs (not included), this fixture offers ample illumination for larger spaces. The height is adjustable from 20 to 42 inches, and it is sloped ceiling adaptable up to 15 degrees.

For a typical kitchen island, 3000-6000 lumens is recommended; using 60W-equivalent LED G9 bulbs (about 600 lumens each) would yield 6000 lumens, which is bright enough for task lighting.

The fixture is dimmable with a line-voltage incandescent/halogen dimmer. The light color depends on the bulbs installed - warm white (2700-3000K) creates a cozy, inviting glow, while cool white (4000K+) is better for task-oriented spaces. The frosted glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare.
