Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) and covered patios, but not in wet areas or outdoors exposed to rain.

How do I adjust the hanging height? The cord can be shortened by adjusting the wire inside the canopy. The maximum drop is 73 inches.
