Is the bulb included? No - bulbs are not included. Each lamp takes one E26-base bulb up to 100W; A19 or globe shapes both fit.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? There is no wall dimmer requirement - each lamp has a 3-way rotary switch on the socket for low, medium, and high. Use a 3-way bulb to access all three levels.

Can I use this in a bathroom or outdoors? No - it is rated for indoor use only. Keep it in dry, interior rooms.

What's the warranty? 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.

Does the bisque finish vary between lamps? Natural bisque ceramic can show subtle tonal variation, so the two lamps may differ slightly - that is part of the rustic, hand-finished look.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
