Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. You'll need two 60W Type A bulbs (E26 base).
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulbs you choose. If you use dimmable bulbs, you can use a standard dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp-rated, so it's safe for bathrooms and covered porches, but not for direct exposure to water or outdoor wet locations.
What's the warranty? Canarm offers a 1-year warranty.
How do I clean the ribbed metal shade? Use a soft, dry cloth to dust the shade. For smudges, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
