How bright is it?
This fan includes two 4W LED bulbs that produce 320 lumens each, for a total of 640 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb. This is ideal for ambient lighting, but you may want additional task lighting for reading or detailed work.

Is the bulb included? Yes, two 4W LED bulbs are included with the fan.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The included LED bulbs are not dimmable. If you wish to dim, you would need to replace them with dimmable LED bulbs and use a compatible dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? The fan is CSA-US listed for indoor use only. It is not damp or wet rated, so avoid bathrooms and outdoor areas.
What's the warranty? Canarm offers a 5-year warranty on this ceiling fan.
Can I use this on a sloped ceiling? The dual mount allows for standard or hugger installation, but it does not include a sloped ceiling adapter. For sloped ceilings, you may need an additional accessory.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
