How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 1000 lumens - about as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb. This is ideal for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room, but you may want additional task lighting for reading or detailed work.

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated LED bulb is included and cannot be replaced.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The integrated LED is not dimmable. It operates at full brightness only.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? The fan is damp-rated, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas like patios or porches, but not in wet locations or directly in a shower. For bathrooms, it's suitable if placed away from direct water spray.
What's the warranty? Canarm offers a 5-year limited warranty on this ceiling fan.
Does the remote control come with batteries? Batteries are not included with the remote control. You will need to purchase them separately.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
