Is the bulb included? Yes, two 9.5W LED bulbs are included with the fan.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The included LED bulbs are non-dimmable. If you wish to dim, you would need to replace them with dimmable LED bulbs and use a compatible dimmer switch.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? The fan is damp-rated, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas like patios or porches, but not in wet locations or directly in a shower. For bathrooms, it's suitable if placed away from direct water spray.

What's the warranty? Canarm offers a 5-year limited warranty on this ceiling fan.
