How bright is it?
The light kit uses five 20-watt bulbs (not included), providing a total of up to 100 watts. With standard incandescent bulbs, this yields approximately 1,500 lumens - sufficient for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. For brighter light, use higher-wattage or LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The light kit provides a warm, inviting glow when using 2700K-3000K bulbs. The black finish of the fan adds a modern touch, and the light color can be customized with your choice of bulbs. The fan is not dimmable, but you can use dimmable bulbs with a compatible dimmer switch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
