How bright is it?
With three 60W bulbs (not included), the Cassia provides approximately 3000 lumens (assuming 1000 lumens per bulb as specified) - about as bright as a single 200W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The matte white finish and open design help distribute light evenly, creating a soft, diffused ambiance.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. It requires three 60W E12 candelabra base bulbs.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulbs used. If you use dimmable LED bulbs, it will work with a standard dimmer. Check bulb compatibility.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (not directly in shower spray) and covered outdoor areas that are protected from water. Do not install in wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
