Silicone pads underneath protect countertop surfaces and ensure a secure footing. Clean with water and dry with a soft cloth. For coarse soiling, use neutral and mild cleaning agents. Avoid abrasive sponges, sharp-edged objects and the use of harsh cleaning agents such as limescale remover or acidic bathroom cleaners.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
