The Topper 12 flush mount features a multi-layered glass design: two cylindrical ring sections fused together onto a flat white glass. The top portion is opal glossy glass with a contemporary polished finish, while the bottom is a clear blown glass ring. All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
