Description
A 29-light foyer chandelier with cascading Wispy White Tronchi glass and a brushed brass frame, built for two-story entries and stairwells.
The Sophia collection takes its cue from vintage Italian glasswork: dozens of Wispy White "Tronchi" glass pieces hang in a cascading, icicle-like arrangement that diffuses light into a soft, layered glow. The brushed brass metal frame keeps the look traditional and refined. At nearly 33 in wide and over 59 in tall, this is a true statement piece for a grand entry.
Best for
- Two-story foyers and entryways with high ceilings
- Stairwells and open stair landings that need a vertical focal point
- Formal dining rooms with tall ceilings and a large table below
- Traditional and transitional interiors with brass or warm wood accents
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry, interior locations only
- Standard 8-9 ft ceilings - the fixture alone is over 59 in tall
- Small rooms or powder rooms where a 33 in wide chandelier would overwhelm the space
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With 29 candelabra bulbs at up to 40W each, it is designed as a high-output ambient centerpiece for large, tall spaces. Actual brightness depends on the bulbs you choose.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs installed. The Wispy White Tronchi glass diffuses light for a soft, even glow rather than a single bright source. The fixture is dimmable, so pair it with a compatible dimmer to shift from bright to soft evening light.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 32.9 in L x 32.9 in W x 59.25 in H. It includes 96 in of chain and 110 in of wire, and is rated for sloped ceilings. Best suited to foyers and stairwells with ceilings of 12 ft or higher. Ships via truck freight; the carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.
