Description
A 13-light chandelier with cascading white glass shades, made for dining rooms and foyers that need a real centerpiece.
The Serena chandelier layers thirteen oval glass shades on a satin nickel metal frame, so light spreads in a soft, even wash instead of a single hot spot. The silver-toned finish keeps it contemporary, while the white glass softens the look enough to sit comfortably in transitional rooms too.
Best for
- Dining rooms with an 8-10 ft ceiling, hung over a table 36-48 in wide
- Two-story foyers and entryways where the 26-154.25 in hanging range lets you drop it low
- Open-concept kitchens and living rooms that need one fixture to anchor the whole space
- Sloped ceilings - the canopy and chain are rated for them
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you want the full chain length
- Anyone wanting a single-bulb look - thirteen bulbs means thirteen points of light
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With thirteen 40W bulbs (520W total), expect a bright, room-filling glow - more than enough as the primary light in a dining room, and likely too much for a small bedroom.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose - the fixture ships without bulbs. The white glass shades diffuse whatever you install, so 2700K-3000K bulbs will read warm and golden, while 4000K+ will feel cooler and more modern. Dimmable with a compatible dimmer.
Sizing and fit
24.25 in diameter x 19.75 in body height, adjustable from 26 in to 154.25 in overall with the included 122 in chain. The 5.88 in round canopy fits standard junction boxes. At 43.34 lbs, plan on a ceiling-rated electrical box and a second pair of hands for installation.
