Description
A wet-rated outdoor flush mount ceiling light for porches, entryways, and covered patios, finished in black cast aluminum.
The Innovation Collection brings clean, modern lines to exterior lighting. The black cast aluminum body houses an integrated 18W LED that delivers bright, energy-efficient illumination without visible bulbs. As a flush mount, it sits close to the ceiling - ideal for lower porches or overhangs where a hanging fixture would be in the way. Matching wall mount units are available to complete a coordinated exterior.
Best for
- Front porches and entryways, providing welcoming light at the door
- Covered patios and outdoor living areas where a low-profile fixture is needed
- Garages and side entries that need reliable, weather-resistant illumination
- Commercial exteriors such as walkways and building entrances
Not ideal for
- Indoor use - this fixture is designed and rated for wet exterior locations
- Spaces where you want a hanging pendant or chandelier look
- Very large areas needing more than 720 lumens of light output
How bright is it?
720 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 60W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough for a porch or entryway, providing clear, welcoming light without being harsh. It works well as a primary light for small to medium outdoor areas.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, inviting glow similar to traditional incandescent light. It feels welcoming and flatters natural materials like wood and stone. CRI is 80, which is standard for outdoor lighting. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the time of day or mood (dimmer switch sold separately).
Sizing and fit
Measures 8.75 inches long x 8.75 inches wide x 4.75 inches high. The compact flush-mount design projects only 4.75 inches from the ceiling, making it suitable for porches with standard 8-foot ceilings or higher. It's a good fit for entryways up to about 10x10 feet.
