How bright is it?

Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With one 60W-equivalent E26 bulb it delivers roughly 800 lumens - about as bright as a standard 60W incandescent. That is good task and accent light over a counter, but not enough to light a whole room on its own.

Light color and feel

Color temperature follows your bulb, not the fixture. A 2700K-3000K bulb gives a warm, inviting glow that flatters wood and stone; 4000K reads cooler and more modern. The clear glass shade lets the bulb show, so a decorative bulb is worth considering. Dimmable with a compatible dimmer.

Sizing and fit

8 in wide x 8 in deep x 98 in high overall, 5 lbs. The narrow 8-inch profile works over standard 36-inch islands and in tight dining nooks. Check your ceiling height before ordering - the 98-inch drop is designed for tall rooms, and it can be shortened during installation.
